The place of business was clean. Customer Service wasn't bad. I had an oil change there which didn't take too long. My only complaint is they charge a credit card fee which shows up on your receipt even if you pay cash. So beware & pay attention to your receipt to make sure you're being charged correctly.

Very good service. Attention to detail. Do not see that very often these days.

I arrived early morning. They were able to work me into the schedule. They explained the process. They finished in less time than they originally thought. Fair price. Very friendly staff.

Family run franchise location. I brought in the absolute dumpster fire of a truck that was leaking oil. They quoted me to replace the OEM part on not to later discover that tue entire engine from from a different kind of vehicle. They were able to find the last one on eBay and had me back in the road for the same price despite spending probably double the time fixing it. One of the three start reviews is for not filling up the windshield washer fluid after an oil change. You just can’t make some people happy.

It's a bit late but I wanted to see how my car was for awhile before I submitted a review. Honestly I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care, I got to meet Joe and Liz Kish who manage this location and they were great. It was unfortunate that their supplier was running late that day with the part needed for my car but they were engaging to speak with and offered me drinks, snacks and a lovely lounge area to utilize if I wanted to while I waited. They also gave me an itemized list of other parts and issues that could become a problem eventually. The list was in order of what they saw as most pressing to least, which I was happy to note the top item wasn't even the most expensive item displayed on the list. They also followed up with an email for a discount on brake services with them for the future. When my part for my vehicle did arrive they installed it, had me pay for the service and out the door in less than 30mins. All in all a nice place with honest people who actually care and are happy to engage with customers! Also my service was for regular car maintenance and was cheaper than both Firestone and the take 5 oil change shops around town, just saying.
