Ladson Auto Repair

My wife and I were coming home from Wild Dunes and experienced car trouble in Ladson. We Googled local repair shops in the area and found Honest - 1. Phillip Browne came to our location, got the car started, and drove back to the shop. It was only a minor repair, dead battery and new cable, but he got us in and out quick, so we could get back home. We are from Chapin, SC, by the way. I want to commend Phillip for his professionalism and excellent customer service. I was in banking for 30 years, so I know a little bit about that. Great job and very informative

Very slow. Too much talking on the phone. When I drove up in the back no one ask me what I wanted. Had to get out and go ask. I just did not understand I suppose since other places I have been someone comes out and finds out what you want done and then they do it.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and mechanics. They always have some type of special on a daily basis. Honest one provides a clear understanding of the work that needs to be done on your vehicle.

Was put at ease when they address the issues with my vehicle.

Little pricy but I appreciate the military discount! Always good service and quick when you’re in a hurry!

Friendly and Truly Honest. I knew I had no issues with my brakes but I got them inspected just to make sure. Most people's would have took advantage and sold me something I didn't need. Not these guys plus the bill was about 10% cheaper than I expected because of the military discount. You guys have earned my future business.

i think this shop is great,they don't over charge you, the work is great,people are very nice,
