Nothing was done on time or didn't get done and they tried to charge me for something they didn't even tell me was broken. Took 2 days to do a oil change and front & back brakes. I don't know if I wI'll be back it was really bad service

One of the worse experiences in my life! They fell short in every category. Even if I broke down in front of this business, they still can't touch my vehicle.

Honest? What a joke! I brought in my mustang to simply have a service worker point out where I could add the power steering fluid. The mechanic used MY OWN personal bottle of fluid and then presented me with a bill of $34. Stating they had diagnosed my car to have a leak! Complete garbage! Horriable local business.

Took in wife's Rodeo for timing to be set. I had changed the timing belt out on a Sunday and was unable to finish the job and had to go to work. Monday evening came around and I stopped by to pick up her Rodeo they told me it wasn't done that it running rough. I asked to see and hear it they let me I told them it sounds like the timing is off. They said they set the crank a 180° that it was off which I knew. I asked about the right bank as I knew the left bank was set already. They said they didn't know how to do it so I explained how to set it and wow it ran just fine. Went to pay and get the keys and was charged full price even after I had to tell them how to set the timing right a mechanic told me they use ALL DATA and it is not as detailed as other repair manuals like Mitchell on demand. To top it of they broke the timing belt cover due to not removing the power steering pump as the service manual states. PS I was a master mechanic then changed careers. I know how to work on all vehicles.

They lied about discount and after getting oil change my oil level was still set at 40 percent. Do better but he did give it to me after I showed him the coupon

Will not be going back, it's appalling that they have a registered sex offender working for them..

I was told a 30 minute wait for an oil change which was fine. I was there for 3 hours which was not fine. The man that originally helped me was kind and professional but he left the store. It was downhill from there. I waited upstairs and fell asleep. Nobody called me or got me to tell me the car was done. I woke up to see my car in the parking lot. I paid, started the car only to find the tire pressure light on as well as the oil change light. No sticker on the windshield showing the oil change completed. I popped the hood to check the oil and it seemed to have been changed. I asked a mechanic to assist me. He was helpful and courteous and put air in my tire and double checked my oil. At least he made a bad experience better.
