Gonna have to say I am very disappointed and frustrated at my visit today. I was suppose to be scheduled at 8am for and oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I watched the whole 3 hours I was here. All that was done was the oil change. I said something about it and they then put my. At back on the lift to rotate the tires. But that's it. Not happy at all.

Absolutely horrible! They flushed out transmission per the recommendation then got it back broke down again transmission fluid brought it back they've had it out for days now telling me that they can't get it in gear they can't get it fixed going to send it the whole transmission went today to check on it hasn't even been hauled over the whole transmission they do not get a rental car I am stuck as a single mom with two kids with no vehicle

The guys at Honest-1 are really the best! My car broke down Monday morning when I was on my way to work and not only were they there really early to help me but they figured out what was wrong with my car really quickly and were able to fix it and get it back to me the same day. This is about my third time using Honest-1 and I will most definitely be going back! Oh, and the complimentary pack of Oreos on my dashboard was a nice touch! Thanks guys!

Every person I interacted with was friendly, courteous and took time to answer and explain my questions. I will go there again and highly recommend.
