I rarely write reviews, but my experience today at Honest-1 Auto Care in Ladson was exceptional. I arrived after work and needed a simple oil change. The staff warmly greeted me and even offered me a beverage while I waited (25 mins). My front bumper had a previous small dent in it and although I didn't say anything, they popped it out and made it look like new and changed my oil! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I like the service I retrieve at this location. However, I came in on a Saturday and was told it would be an hour wait for an oil change. I came in at 11:00 or 11:30 am left at around 2:30-2:45pm. Way too long, the only thing is they have a computer so internet kept me in peace. The lady at the front desk was very friendly but the wait was extremely tooo long and no apology was given for the long wait. Otherwise I have no problems with them the service is good

Actually, I was a little surprised. I recently had my oil changed and my milage was incorrect. Also my washer fluid was out and when I left after the oil change nothing had been added. It seems like there might have been a drop in attention to detail!! My last trip, with my wife's car, I had a service light on (for oil change) and I asked if it could be removed/deleted, they forgot to do this also!

Everthing went like clock-wowrk. Staff efficient. Reasonably priced
