I had requested an oil change which I said was on file and an air filter change and the left front tire to be patched. It took over 1hour and 40 minutes because there was no air filter in stock so there was a wait for delivery for the air filter. When I was informed the car was ready, there was no tire repaired because the receptionist thought I said the left rear tire. I had to wait longer and observed the service man put a plug in the right front tire instead of the patch I requested. He did not put rubber glue on the plug. He did not put more air in the tire when he pulled to the front of the building. I had to ask him to check the tire pressure. Which he then aired the tire. Later in the evening, the tire went flat from leaking air from the tire plug.
