The service dept. Was fast and knowledgeable. They fixed my car in less than one hour, and gave me a call to let me know it was ready for pickup. I recommend them highly.

very friendly. very professional. the only negative is that they were out of an air filter for my car and i had to wait a good hour just on that. but i will continue to use them for servicing my cars.

Parts price - Unacceptable Work - So far ok. since It has only been 2 days. Received estimate for $458.73 Parts - Harmonic Balancer $293.27 - Outrageous Price Labor - 129.46 - Not so sure on that price Autozone that delivered the part to them quoted me a price of $150.99 for the Harmonic Balancer(I am sure The shop got it cheaper than that, being the reseller/business) Final adjustment offered by Honest-1 staff - $377.82 after I showed them the Autozone quote for the part.
