These guys are great! I took my 2017 Chevy Equinox to them because of the check engine light coming on and the car shutting off while driving. I put it in my own code reader after getting it back from the Chevy dealership and it was throwing the 7E8 and the 7EA codes. Side note I had taken my car to the Chevy dealership first, for the same exact problem and they didn't do anything but charge me $436 for a transmission flush and a diagnostic check. Then said it wasn't throwing any codes. I brought my car to Honest 1 and they got me right. They changed the oil first, since that was the first thing to rule out. When that didn't work they did a deep dive into what were the other things that could cause the problem. They even called a specialist to help figure out the problem while I was there in the office! Once they figured out the problem they worked with us even more to help save us time and money. Joe and Liz were definitely God sent 🙏 and I will definitely make sure that I tell everyone that I can about them for honest mechanic work. I will definitely come back!

Easy to navigate the website. Picked time & date for my appointment and got a confirmation email saying those were available. The folks at the College Park Rd location are always super nice.

I got an oil change and they put 5 quarts of oil in my car, and gave it back. I got a half mile down the road and my car reads “check oil”. I go back immediately and the owner laughs and says “Well that’s why it’s on, you’re short 2 quarts of oil. I knew your price was too cheap”…Really???? Almost destroying my engine is funny??? I have a car that I’m replacing the engine on currently, and the mechanic believes the motor blew because the oil wasn’t full being changed….Guess who only services that vehicle….HONEST ONE!! I was a long time customer, but not anymore. Don’t waste your money here.

They were supposed to be opened at 8am but were not. All the customers were waiting on them. They took my car for 6 hours just to tell me they do not know which parts of my car is defective because they did no diagnostic. They gave me an estimate of $1000 for a car window motor and regulator replacement. It took them Six hours to give me a blind estimate, leaving me no time to find another place. Maybe if the mechanic was not sitting in my car trying to activate his his new "wisely debit card" maybe they wouldn't have taken so long. Then they left their clip board in my car with paperwork on it. Honest? Honestly I won't be going there again!

I love the experience I had with Ms. Liz she made me feel very comfortable about everything that was going on with my vehicle and explained everything in detail.
