Hi I brought my 2005 Navigator in for a tune up a week or so ago. Phil looked at my truck and realized that it didn't need a tune up but something more serious and much more expensive. Because the cost was so high, he gave me some options and guidance of how I may be able to resolve the problem. I appreciated his candor, honesty and I trust his judgment. I haven't gotten my truck repaired just yet. The cost is pretty high and my wife and I have to make some tough decisions; however, I am grateful that Phil didn't perform and charge me for work that did not need to be done and would not have resolved my problems. We need more professional like him, not just in automotive services but in every service organization. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE, A BONUS OR AT THE VERY LEAST, GIVE HIM A DAY OFF WITH PAY. Stacey J.
